To put ourselves in the client's shoes. Empathy comes first.
To provide as much value to the client, so they feel they are the most important people in the room.
To be honest and direct with the client.
Most important, make sure they feel certain about the benefits of solar panels.
Meet The Team
Santiago is an Environmental Engineer graduated from Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador. Since the very beginning, he has developed an enormous interest in Ecosystems Management & Renewable Energies. He put this knowledge to work as an intern in the Department of Ecology and Ecosystems Management at the Technical University of Munich, a German world-top ranked university.
Stephen studied Public Relations at the University of Central Florida. While working in the hospitality industry, he switched careers into the renewable energy as a Senior Energy Consultant in 2014. He became obsessed with the industry and decided the way solar panel companies conducted their sales needed to change. His goal is to help reputable solar panel companies succeed in their business.
Joshua is currently the President of Rebounderz, a multi-million dollar family entertainment center. He's been with the company for over 10 years. He is on Stephen's side for marketing, client relations and business strategies. It's one thing Josh knows, is building a successful business takes a lot of patience and hard-work.
He was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and does not want to move anywhere else. He's in love with his city. Stephen is an avid golfer and personal development enthusiast. Tony Robbins and Michael Jordan are his idols. Stephen has worked for top companies in Orlando, but was tired of the corporate life 9 to 5. So instead, he started his own business to solve a problem in the solar industry. He is a firm believer in creating your own life and just not living the life you have. If you want freedom in your life and start your own business, do it! You only have one life to live!
You might catch him on the golf course or a Magic game, say hi!
