We buy solar and home-services traffic from media buyers, networks and aggregators, and sell exclusive leads and appointments to solar companies across the US. This role owns the supply side of that: finding partners who can send real volume, getting them live, and keeping them producing. It pays on what your partners produce, so it suits someone who already works in performance marketing and would rather build a book than draw a salary.

What you’ll do

• Source and recruit new traffic partners — media buyers, lead networks and aggregators running solar and home-services offers.
• Run the first call yourself: what they send, which channels, what volume they can hold, and what they need per lead.
• Get partners live — coordinate offer setup, ping-post integration, caps and pricing with the team.
• Own the relationship after launch. Watch daily volume and lead quality, chase the drop-offs, and renegotiate when the numbers move.
• Hold partners to our compliance standard: consented, TCPA-compliant traffic with a valid certificate on every lead. Partners who cannot document consent do not stay.
• Report weekly on the pipeline — who is in conversation, who is integrating, who is live, and what each one is producing.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in performance marketing, lead generation or affiliate management. You already know what ping-post means, what a return rate does to margin, and why exclusivity changes the price.
• An existing network of media buyers or lead suppliers you could call this month. This is the job, not a nice-to-have.
• Comfortable negotiating price, caps and payment terms without escalating every decision.
• Working knowledge of US lead-generation compliance — TCPA, consent capture, and the certificate providers that evidence it.
• Self-directed. This is a 1099, remote engagement with nobody assigning your day.
• Reliable overlap with US business hours, since partner calls happen there.
