We are Solcertain

In 2017, Solcertain was born out of a pivotal moment of reflection and ambition. The founder, a lifelong golf enthusiast who had been playing since the age of three, was living what he thought was his dream—working at the prestigious Golf Channel. However, the corporate grind quickly revealed its limitations, and he realized it wasn’t the path that aligned with his vision or values. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he handed in his two-week notice and took a bold step to create something extraordinary.

The journey into solar wasn’t new—it actually began in 2013, well before Solcertain’s inception. Back then, selling solar was a vastly different experience, without today’s advanced tools like proposal software or shading reports. Armed with just a pen, a pad, and a passion for renewable energy, the founder tackled a challenging market head-on. Although the solar company he worked for eventually went bankrupt, it sparked a desire to build something lasting. After earning a college degree and growing his professional skills, he reignited his passion for solar and discovered the transformative potential of online marketing.
